Vintage Concord Solingen Stag Hunting Or Fighting Knife & Sheath (918)

DISPOSING (SLOWLY) OF A VERY LARGE, LIFELONG COLLECTION OF POCKET. POSTING A COUPLE A DAY SO BOOKMARK ME FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. NOTE - no attempt has been made to polish, clean or otherwise make this knife more attractive for photos. Wiped over with an oily rag! A vintage Concord Solingen Model 924 large fighting or hunting knife with clip point and good stag scales. Measures approximately 10 9/16 inches long, point to end of pommel measured in a straight line. Long clip point blade with false top edge measures approximately 6 1/8 inches long, point to cross guard, measured in a straight line. Obverse ricasso stamped "Concord Solingen Germany". Stag grips with palm swell to left side - possibly made for a "leftie".

Black-Red-Bone-Black-Red spacers at each end. Aluminum pommel with brass locking nut. Blade with light scratching and age wear - no attempt made to polish out. Stag grips good with light age wear and hairline cracl to reverse rear.

Leather sheath, supple and nicely patinated with stag embossed to front. Stitching loss on both sides. Please see the multiple, detailed photos which form part of the description. No need to check out straight away.
