This is a Cattaraugus fixed knife not often seen very often and a great example. It's a 1940's Cattaraugus Hunting Knife pattern with a full tang. It's pretty much the same as the Case pattern hunter back in the days. Measures 8-7/8" long with the single edge blade being 5" with a double metal front finger guard.

It has been resharpened with some sharpening marks but overall very nice condition. Marked CATTARAUGUS The Better Quality Knife on the front and MADE IN USA on back.

Beautiful Green Bone handles are perfect with no chips or cracks. Comes with the original sheath in good condition also.
