In the meantime, I came across an old file that contains some more information about the knife and some Randall documents. Overall knife length 9-3/4", knife-in-sheath 10-1/2". 5" blade, 3/4" max width, 5/32" thickness by micrometer (listed as 3/16" stock); some discoloration but no rust, and is sharp.
Customized with my father's name opposite the Randall Made logo. Leather handle is solid; a couple of dents and light scratches (see photos). Butt cap of Duralumin has a couple of marks.
Sheath is in good condition with a few light scratches. Stone is 3" by 7/8"; unsure of material / composition perhaps made by Bear? Sharpening guide from Bear Brand Sharpening Stones (marked as supplied courtesy of Randall, a Bear dealer). Randall knife care pamphlet (undated). Randall Made Knives Catalogue and Knife Manual (dated 1973), 32 pages.
Combination grit silicon carbide sharpening stone by the Carborundum Company of Niagara Falls, roughly 2-1/4 x 6-1/2 x 1 inches, and labelled 109.
