PREMIER LIFETIME is the tang stamp. H22 GERMANY on back tang. Premier was an import firm located in Canada. This is a vintage "Woodcraft" style hunting knife with leather belt sheath.

4-1/2" blade length, 8-3/4" overall length. Blade steel is carbon steel. Used a bit - lightly sharpened - full blade with patina, light marks. Brass guard and aluminum knob are tight, nothing loose. With leather belt sheath as shown.
