1993 production Gerber Mark II. 440C Steel Survival Combat Knife in excellent unused condition, Un-sharpened edge, with Original limited edition/discontinued Black leather sheath. Superficial wear on the markings due to leather abrasion - Please note this is not the current versions that Gerber has released and is not Gerber international. This is an Original Gerber Knife and Sheath made in Portland OR. These are the BA5 type knives with Original Factory backed on, (Not painted).... Smooth, non-reflective black coating similar to Gun-Kote. This model black coated blade as you might recall a few years ago was used in the movie "Alien" - It is a well sought after model among collectors. Specially with this rare hard to find sheath!
