It was never used, or sharpened and I kept it oiled with Kroil oil, but it looks like there is some patina. There is a small chip in butt end of the handle. It also came to my attention after having it for so many years that there is a slight bend in blade (1/32 to 1/64) and I have tried my best to show it in the pictures.
I never noticed it before until now unfortunately. The bluing of the knife has some wear marks from the sheath.
If you would like to see more photos please let me know and I will be glad to provide them. The particular model is the H series, which I believe stands for Hunted or Hunter. This was a limited series that Dave Beck made to replicate the early style of the WSK series as evidenced by the 1/4 tang that does not taper as well as the gut hook. This was the 7th blade made of the series. The sheath is made of tooling leather with a snug fit suited to carry scout style. It can be worn on the small of the back for left or right handed individuals (blade down for right handed and blade up for left handed). Feel free to ask any questions.
