An extra-large vintage "Original Buffalo Skinner" knife manufactured in the 1950th by Carl Schlieper Co. In Solingen, Germany (1950th "fist with 3 arrows" logo on ricasso). The huge hunter-skinner is unused but the blade has a some light surface rust on one side due to being poorly stored. The knife is about 12-7/8" / 32.7 cm overall; the blade is about 8-1/1" / 21 cm. Huge curved blade with a large "thumb rest" on the spine near the handle to provide better control during skinning; original factory edge is very sharp, the tip is intact.

Faux stag handle is excellent with no chips or cracks. Solid brass handguard; aluminum pommel, colored fiber spacers on ends; all parts are tight.
