This is a Buck 619 BK Vintage Woodsmate Fixed Knife. Manufacture date mark of 1995.

Looks like it was barely or maybe never used. The blade edge and tip are nice. See lots of photos of what you are getting. Includes the knife, original sheath, original questionnaire sheet, and rough original box seen above. The box has wear, creases, indents, and one of the end flaps has a tear.
