Pictured and offered for sale is a early, Circa 2003, Ray Mears Designed survival knife made by the Wilkinson Sword Co. Ray Mears, a British Woodsman, author of many survivalist Books and Tapes has designed survival knives for the Special Forces of England as well as his own survival gear. Early as a knife designer he contracted with the Wilkinson Sword Co.

(now out of business) to make the above knife using the highly acclaimed Wilkinson Sword carbon steel. The handles design contour designed by Ray Mears is to provide the least amount of hand fatigue if called upon to work for hours of continued use under the most extreme survival conditions. Engraved into the blades side wall is, side 1 "WILKINSON SWORD MADE IN ENGLAND " and on side 2 is engraved "DESIGNED BY RAY MEARS ". Leather sheath is original to knife.

I see no signs of sharpening or use. As the knife is approx. 20 years old, you can see some soft surface markings from entering and exiting the sheath. There is NO damage, NO defects. Sheath is minty as well.
