One of the very best I've seen. Appears to have been put in a drawer and forgotten about. MARBLE'S / Gladstone, / Mich. Stamp is deep, crisp, clear and completely legible. Left facing serif on the letter'A' in Marble's, designates a very early piece.

Canoe production ended early 1920's. Blade edge, fullers and tip appear factory original. Gorgeous old stacked Leather Handle / Asymmetrical Aluminum Pommel. This Canoe looks like it did the day it left the Marble's Showroom a hundred years ago.
